Registered Leads
Every prospect for your developer — self-registered or entered by an admin — and how far each has got in the sales funnel.
What it’s for
A Lead is a prospective buyer. This page is the register of every one of them, self-registered through the public site or entered here directly, and it’s where a salesperson claims a lead to work it.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Sales → Lead, at /admin/leads.
Who can use it
- See the menu item and open the page — needs view.
- See the lead list — needs get.
- Create, edit, delete a lead — needs create/update/delete.
- Assign or reassign any lead’s PIC, relink an account, and see the leadless-selection alert — needs admin (labelled “lead admin” internally). Without it, you can only claim an unclaimed lead for yourself, or release one you already own — not touch anyone else’s.
On this screen
A table of leads with filters for conversion stage, promoted status, and PIC — plus a “mine” view scoped to your own leads if you’re not a lead admin. If you are, an alert may appear above the table: accounts that picked your developer on the public site but have no matching lead, so no salesperson can be shown to them yet.
How to…
Add a lead
- Click create.
- Enter name, email, and phone. Email matters here — it’s how a self-registered account gets matched to a lead later.
- If you’re a lead admin, you can also assign a PIC while creating it; otherwise it’s created unassigned or under your own name.
- Save.
Claim or release a lead
- Open a lead. If it’s unassigned, claim it to become its PIC.
- If you already own it, you can release it back to the unassigned pool.
Reassign a lead (lead admin only)
- Open the assign-PIC action on any lead.
- Pick a sales member, or clear it to unassign. Only active members whose role is marked as a sales role can be picked.
Fix a leadless selection (lead admin only)
- Open the alert listing accounts with no lead.
- For an account whose email or phone matches an existing lead, relink that lead to the account.
- If nothing matches, there’s nothing to relink yet — it resolves on its own the next time that person visits.
Field reference
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Name, email, phone | Required. Phone must be a valid Indonesian mobile number |
| PIC (sales owner) | Set on create only by a lead admin; changed afterward through the assign-PIC action, not the edit form |
Rules & statuses
Conversion (Untouched / In Progress / Sold) is derived from the lead’s sales activity, not something you set directly. Promoted is a sub-state of “Sold” — it only happens once the lead has been turned into an actual resident, from the Sales Activity page, and only once.
Ownership is scoped: without lead admin, a lead you don’t own and that isn’t unclaimed simply isn’t visible to you, let alone editable.
