What it’s for

Anyone entering the cluster who isn’t a resident — a visitor or a courier — gets logged here, tied to the unit they’re going to. This page is how you register them and track their status while they’re on-site.

Where to find it

Sidebar → GeneralGuests, at /admin/guests. On screen the page is titled Guest Management.

Who can use it

  • See the menu item and open the page — needs view.
  • See the guest list and summary — needs get.
  • Create, edit, delete a guest entry, and change status — needs create/update/delete as appropriate.

On this screen

Summary counts for Waiting, Checked In, Checked Out, and Cancelled. Below that, a search box, status and type filters, and the guest table.

How to…

Register a guest or courier

  1. Click to add a guest, or add a package/courier — the guest type you pick decides which.
  2. Pick the destination unit.
  3. Optionally fill in a name, vehicle plate, purpose, and a photo.
  4. Save. The entry starts in Waiting.

Update a guest’s status

  1. Open a guest entry.
  2. Move it to Checked In when they arrive, Checked Out when they leave, or Cancelled if they never show up.

Edit or delete an entry

  2. For edit, change any field. For delete, confirm.

Guest type isn’t just a label — Family, Friend, and Others are grouped as “guest,” while Gojek, Grab, Shopee, and Package are grouped as “courier.” What group an entry falls into is decided entirely by the type picked at registration.

  • Units — the destination every guest entry is registered against.
