Guest Management
Register visitors and couriers against a unit, and track them from arrival to departure.
What it’s for
Anyone entering the cluster who isn’t a resident — a visitor or a courier — gets logged here, tied to the unit they’re going to. This page is how you register them and track their status while they’re on-site.
Where to find it
Sidebar → General → Guests, at /admin/guests. On screen the page is titled Guest Management.
Who can use it
- See the menu item and open the page — needs view.
- See the guest list and summary — needs get.
- Create, edit, delete a guest entry, and change status — needs create/update/delete as appropriate.
On this screen
