What it’s for

This page covers the basics that every other page in this documentation assumes you already know: how to sign in, how to switch between clusters, and how the sidebar changes depending on who you are.

Who can use it

Anyone with a staff account. What you can actually do once you’re in depends on your role — every module in this documentation lists which permissions it needs, and your admin controls those on the Roles page.

On this screen

After signing in, you land on the dashboard. A few things are always there:

• The sidebar, grouped the same way this documentation is: General, Complaint, Sales, Housing, Campaign, Access Control, Settings. You’ll only see the groups and items your role has access to — a module you don’t have permission for simply doesn’t show up.
• The cluster switcher, at the top of the sidebar. Most of what you see — residents, bills, tickets, units — belongs to whichever cluster is currently selected.
• The command menu (press Cmd/Ctrl + K), a quick way to jump anywhere without clicking through the sidebar.
• The language switcher, in the top bar — switches the whole interface between Indonesian and English.

How to…

Sign in

1. Go to the login page and enter your credentials.
2. If your account or organization has been suspended, you’ll see a message explaining why instead of the dashboard.

Switch cluster

1. Click the cluster switcher at the top of the sidebar.
2. Pick a cluster from the list. Everything on screen updates to that cluster.

Switch language

1. Click the language toggle in the top bar.
2. The interface switches immediately — this also changes which language module names appear in throughout this documentation.

Rules & statuses

If your account is suspended, or the organization you belong to is suspended, you’re signed out and sent back to the login page with an explanation instead of an error — not a silent failure.
