What it’s for

While the Complaint Tickets page is where you work individual tickets, this page steps back and shows the whole picture: how many complaints are coming in, how they’re trending, and where the team’s workload sits.

Where to find it

Sidebar → ComplaintComplaint Dashboard, at /admin/dashboard-complaint. On screen it’s titled “Complaint Operations Dashboard.”

Who can use it

Needs the view permission for dashboard-complaint. This is a separate permission from complaint-ticket — a role can have one without the other.

On this screen

A scope selector (all clusters or one) and a trend period selector (last N months), a refresh button, and a timestamp for when the data was last updated. Below that, the dashboard’s charts and counters cover total complaints, the active (non-cancelled) portfolio, response risk, resolution performance, and workload across the team.

Rules & statuses

This page is read-only — it’s for watching trends, not acting on individual tickets. To act on a ticket, use Complaint Tickets.

  • Complaint Tickets — where you act on the individual tickets this dashboard summarizes.
