Complaint Dashboard
A dedicated operational view of complaint demand, response risk, resolution performance, and technician workload.
What it’s for
While the Complaint Tickets page is where you work individual tickets, this page steps back and shows the whole picture: how many complaints are coming in, how they’re trending, and where the team’s workload sits.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Complaint → Complaint Dashboard, at /admin/dashboard-complaint. On screen it’s titled “Complaint Operations Dashboard.”
Who can use it
Needs the view permission for dashboard-complaint. This is a separate permission from complaint-ticket — a role can have one without the other.
On this screen
A scope selector (all clusters or one) and a trend period selector (last N months), a refresh button, and a timestamp for when the data was last updated. Below that, the dashboard’s charts and counters cover total complaints, the active (non-cancelled) portfolio, response risk, resolution performance, and workload across the team.
Rules & statuses
This page is read-only — it’s for watching trends, not acting on individual tickets. To act on a ticket, use Complaint Tickets.
