Facility Type
Maintain the categories a facility can be assigned to — like Pool, Court, or Hall.
What it’s for
A Facility Type is the category a facility belongs to — this list is what fills the facility type picker on the Facility & Reservation page.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Settings → Facility Type, at /admin/settings/facility-type.
Who can use it
- See the menu item and open the page — needs view.
- See the list — needs get.
- Create, edit, delete — each needs its own permission.

A searchable table of facility types, with create, edit, and delete actions.
How to…
Add a facility type
- Click create.
- Enter a title and upload an icon — both required.
- Pick its type: Quantity, Room, or Field.
- Save.
Edit or delete a facility type
- Open the edit or delete action on its row.
- For edit, change any field. For delete, confirm.

Rules & statuses
