What it’s for
A feed of recent notifications addressed to you as a staff member — not the announcements you send to residents, those are separate.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Other → Notifications, at /admin/notifications.
Who can use it
There’s no RBAC permission gating this page — it’s not tied to a menu module, so any signed-in staff member can open it.
On this screen
A list of notifications for the currently selected cluster, unread ones marked with a highlighted edge and counted in a badge. A refresh button re-checks for new ones.
Rules & statuses
This page is for viewing only — there’s no action here to mark a notification as read.
