Important Contact
Maintain the emergency and important phone numbers shown to residents of a cluster, in the order they should appear.
What it’s for
An Important Contact is a phone number residents might need — security, the management office, maintenance — kept per cluster with a priority order.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Settings → Important Contact, at /admin/settings/important-contact.
Who can use it
- See the menu item and open the page — needs view.
- See the list — needs get.
- Create, edit, delete — each needs its own permission.
On this screen
A table of contacts for the current cluster, sorted by priority, with create, edit, delete, and drag-to-reorder.
How to…
Add a contact
- Click create.
- Enter a title, phone number, and cluster. Priority is pre-filled to place it last, but you can type a different number.
- Save.
Reorder contacts
- Drag a row to its new position in the table instead of editing numbers by hand.
- Every contact’s priority updates to match the new order automatically.
Edit or delete a contact
- Open the edit or delete action on its row.
- For edit, change any field, including priority directly. For delete, confirm.

Rules & statuses
Lower priority numbers rank first — the table is always sorted that way. You can set priority two ways: type a number directly in the form, or drag a row to reorder the whole list, which recalculates every affected contact’s number for you.
