What it’s for

An Important Contact is a phone number residents might need — security, the management office, maintenance — kept per cluster with a priority order.

Where to find it

Sidebar → SettingsImportant Contact, at /admin/settings/important-contact.

Who can use it

  • See the menu item and open the page — needs view.
  • See the list — needs get.
  • Create, edit, delete — each needs its own permission.

On this screen

A table of contacts for the current cluster, sorted by priority, with create, edit, delete, and drag-to-reorder.

How to…

Add a contact

  1. Click create.
  2. Enter a title, phone number, and cluster. Priority is pre-filled to place it last, but you can type a different number.
  3. Save.

Reorder contacts

  1. Drag a row to its new position in the table instead of editing numbers by hand.
  2. Every contact’s priority updates to match the new order automatically.

Edit or delete a contact

  1. Open the edit or delete action on its row.
  2. For edit, change any field, including priority directly. For delete, confirm.

Rules & statuses

Lower priority numbers rank first — the table is always sorted that way. You can set priority two ways: type a number directly in the form, or drag a row to reorder the whole list, which recalculates every affected contact’s number for you.
