Unit Sale / Rent
Browse property listings offered for sale or rent, compare them, and open their full marketing profile.
What it’s for
This is the sales team’s browsing view of every unit currently listed for sale or rent — a read-only window onto listings that are actually created and edited from the Units page.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Sales → Unit Sale / Rent, at /admin/unit-sale-rent.
Who can use it
- See the menu item and open the page — needs view.
- See the listing cards — needs get.
There’s nothing to create, edit, or delete here — that all happens on the Units page.
On this screen
Tabs to filter by All listings, For Sale, or For Rent, plus a publication filter (All, Published, Draft) and a cluster filter. Each listing shows its price — the discounted sale price if listed for sale, the rent price if listed for rent — and a link to open its full public marketing profile.
Rules & statuses
The price shown depends entirely on how the unit is listed: a for-sale listing shows its sale price (or discount price, if one is set), a for-rent listing shows its rent price — never both.
