Dashboard
The full operational overview — occupancy, billing, tickets, guests, and device health for your current cluster.
What it’s for
This is the landing page after you sign in: a snapshot of how your cluster is doing right now — occupancy, unpaid bills, open tickets, active guests, and whether devices and gates are online.
Where to find it
Sidebar → General → Dashboard, at /admin. It’s also just where you land after logging in.
Who can use it
Needs the view permission for dashboard. If your role doesn’t have it but does have dashboard-general, you’re sent to that page instead — a smaller version of this one. If you have neither, you land on an unauthorized page.
On this screen
At the top, a summary banner: active guest count, a “needs attention” count (overdue bills plus high-priority tickets combined), today’s date, and your cluster’s photo. Below it, quick action shortcuts (New Resident, Announcement, Scan Guest QR, New Ticket).
Then, in order:
- KPI cards — Occupancy Rate, Unpaid IPL Bills, Open Tickets.
- Charts — Unit Occupancy, IPL Bill Status, Active Tickets by Priority, Guests by Type, an Activity Trend line, and an Operations Health score.
- Status grid — live counts for Security gates, Billing, Guests Today, IoT Devices, and Facilities.
- Activity log — Recent Gate Activity and Upcoming Bills.
Everything on this page is scoped to whichever cluster you currently have selected.
Rules & statuses
This page is read-only — there’s nothing to configure here, only things to watch. Use the quick actions or the sidebar to actually do something about what you see.
