Voucher
Create discount vouchers tied to a merchant, for residents or for units, valid over a set date range.
What it’s for
A Voucher is a discount offer from a merchant — a percentage or fixed amount off, valid over a date range, targeted at either residents or units. This page is where those are created and managed.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Campaign → Voucher, at /admin/campaign/voucher.
Who can use it
- See the menu item and open the page — needs view.
- See the voucher list — needs get.
- Create, edit, delete — each needs its own permission.

How to…
Create a voucher
- Click create.
- Enter a title and, optionally, a code.
- Pick the merchant it’s issued for.
- Set the validity period — a start and end date, end on or after start.
- Pick who it’s for: Resident or Unit.
- Set the discount — Percent (capped at 100%) or Fixed amount.
- Optionally add a description.
- Set it active or inactive.
- Save.
Edit or delete a voucher
- Open the edit or delete action on its row.
- For edit, change any field. For delete, confirm.

Rules & statuses
Active is a separate flag from the validity period — a voucher can be marked inactive even while still inside its date range, and a voucher outside its date range doesn’t automatically flip to inactive. Both should be checked when a voucher isn’t showing up where expected.
