What it’s for

A Late Fee is a penalty configuration — attach one to a Cluster Fee, and it’s what gets added to a bill paid after its due date.

Where to find it

Sidebar → SettingsLate Fee, at /admin/settings/late-fee.

Who can use it

  • See the menu item and open the page — needs view.
  • See the list — needs get.
  • Create, edit, delete — each needs its own permission.

On this screen

Rules & statuses

A late fee configuration by itself doesn’t do anything — it only takes effect once a Cluster Fee is set to use it. Deleting or changing one changes what every Cluster Fee pointing to it will charge going forward.
