Banner

What it’s for

A Banner is a promotional image shown to residents — either a plain link banner, or one that opens a specific voucher directly.

Where to find it

Sidebar → Campaign → Banner, at /admin/campaign/banner.

Who can use it

• See the menu item and open the page — needs view.
• See the banner list — needs get.
• Create, edit, delete — each needs its own permission.

How to…

Create a banner

1. Click create.
2. Enter a title and upload the banner image — both required.
3. Choose its type: Link or Voucher.
4. If Link, enter a valid URL. If Voucher, pick the voucher it opens.
5. Set a sort order (a whole number, 0 or higher) — this controls display order among other banners.
6. Choose whether it shows as a popup, and whether it’s active.
7. Save.

Edit or delete a banner

1. Open the edit or delete action on its row.
2. For edit, change any field. For delete, confirm.

Rules & statuses

Which field is required — Link or Voucher — depends entirely on which type you picked. Pick the type first, then fill in the matching field.
