Unit Marketplace — Browsing & Clusters
Choose a cluster, browse its for-sale or for-rent units, filter by price, and open a listing's full detail.
Both sessionsWhat it’s for
This is where units for sale or rent are actually browsed — pick a cluster, see what’s on the market in it, and open any listing for its full detail: specs, photos, description, and marketing materials.
Where to find it
The Marketplace tab for a Public Session; from Home’s Sale/Rent quick action for a resident.
Which session
Both. A Public Session is scoped to whichever developer was chosen at Public Entry Selection; a resident browses their own developer’s inventory the same way.
On this screen
Marketplace Mode — For Sale or For Rent — is chosen up front and stays fixed until you go back to cluster selection; it scopes both which clusters show up and which listings appear once you pick one.
A cluster only appears if it’s published and has at least one marketable listing in the current mode. Inside a cluster, listings are cards with a starting price, filterable by a price range slider. Opening one shows its full detail: unit code, price, specifications (land area, building area, bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, floors, electricity), photos, description, and — if the developer provided them — a brochure and a video.

Rules & statuses
The price shown — a cluster’s starting price, or a listing’s own price — is always the effective one: a discounted sale price when set, otherwise the regular sale price; the rent price for a rental. It isn’t affected by search or filters.
A sale unit that’s Reserved still shows up as marketable; only a Sold unit drops out of the listings. A listing’s own price never changes to reflect a sale — the unit’s status is what tracks the outcome, the listing only ever records the original offer.
