Gate Access

Your QR code for the gate scanner, which access methods are active, and a history of your entries and exits.

Resident session

What it’s for

This is how a resident gets through the cluster’s gates — a QR code to scan, plus a record of which access methods are set up and every time they’ve come and gone.

Where to find it

The Access tab — Resident Session only.

Which session

Resident only. A public account has no unit to gate into, so this tab doesn’t exist for a Public Session.

On this screen

  • Your personal QR code, with the instruction to point it at the gate scanner.
  • Access Methods — the list of ways you can get through a gate (QR, and whatever else your cluster has enabled), each shown as active or not.
  • Access History — a log of entries and exits, each with the gate, the time, and which method was used.

How to…

Use the gate

  1. Open the Access tab.
  2. Point your QR code at the gate scanner.

Rules & statuses

Access History is a read-only log — nothing on this screen changes what’s already recorded there.
