What it’s for

This is what a resident sees first after signing in: a snapshot of their unit, whether they owe anything this month, and shortcuts to the things they do most.

Where to find it

The Home tab — first tab in a Resident Session’s tab bar.

Which session

Resident only. A Public Session opening this tab is sent straight to Marketplace instead — there’s no Home tab for a prospect who doesn’t have a unit yet.

On this screen

• A greeting that changes with the time of day.
• Your Unit — block, cluster, relation to the unit (owner or resident), how many people are registered there, and how many access cards are issued.
• A Bill card for the current month — Paid, Unpaid, or Overdue, with the due date and days remaining, or “No bills this month” if there’s nothing owed.
• Quick Actions — CCTV Monitor, Invite Guest, Sale/Rent, Chat Resident, and Bills (Bills only shows if the resident is the unit’s owner).
• Announcements — split into Important and Other, with its own empty and error states.
• Special offers — a promo/voucher carousel.
• Recent Activity — a feed of what’s happened lately.

How to…

Pay this month’s bill

1. From the Bill card, tap Pay Now if there’s an unpaid bill, or View All Bills to see the full history.

Jump to a quick action

1. Tap any Quick Action tile — CCTV Monitor, Invite Guest, Sale/Rent, Chat Resident, or Bills.
2. Each opens straight to that feature, skipping the tab bar.

Field reference

Field	Notes
Bill status	Paid / Unpaid / Overdue
Relation	Owner or Resident — determines whether Bills appears as a quick action
Access card count	Shown on the unit card

Rules & statuses

The Bills quick action is conditional: it only appears for the unit’s owner, not every resident registered to it.
