Claim merchant vouchers into your reward wallet, then show the QR code to redeem — resident only, and only where the developer has it enabled.

Resident session

What it’s for

This is the resident side of the staff dashboard’s Voucher module: a wallet of merchant discounts you can claim and redeem. Home also shows a smaller “special offers” preview of the same vouchers.

Where to find it

The Vouchers top-level screen; a preview carousel also appears on Home.

Which session

Resident only — and only if the developer has vouchers enabled at all. If not, opening Vouchers redirects you to Facility instead.

On this screen

A wallet of vouchers, filterable by tenant (merchant), each showing its discount, code, and expiry.

How to…

Claim a voucher

Open a voucher and tap Claim.
It’s added to your wallet.

Redeem a voucher

Open a claimed voucher.
Tap Show QR and present it at the merchant.

Rules & statuses

A voucher that’s Expired can’t be claimed or redeemed regardless of its other details — the expiry date is absolute.
