What happens after you send the request?
The Zerra team reviews account deletion requests manually so the correct account is handled.
2. Verify identity
We may reply through the same channel to confirm that the request comes from the account owner.
3. Review account data
After verification, we review the data linked to the account and prepare deletion or anonymization.
4. Receive confirmation
You will receive confirmation once the process is complete or if additional information is still required.
Data retention note
Some data may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or transaction records that must be preserved. Data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized according to Zerra policy.
